LinkedIn, Facebook and MySpace for CEO's?

I use LinkedIn and I notice many of you are members as well. (Leblanc, always the overachiever has over 200 connections whereas our favorite rock star Chuck has one connection. Go figure. David, a late bloomer, has a respectable 61.)
I am going to form a "Group" on LinkedIn called The CEO Roundtable so if you are a member, join this group.
And, since we are on the subject of social networking vs. business networking sites, do any of you find you get any professional benefit out of LinkedIn or Facebook or Myspace or any other networking site?
I do not have a Facebook or Myspace page because I perceive they are not business-oriented and I'd like to hear from any of you whether thumbs up or down.

Social Media Marketing
I use LinkedIn quite a bit. It might be a bit stilted but it helps me to update my contacts on what I'm doing in terms of my business on an ongoing basis. I also use LinkedIn to research people who might be good contacts. I use Twitter to promote my blog (@exporider) and mention articles that might be of interest to my clients. I have been advised to set up a corporate Facebook page and just hired a company called Jumar Marketing to help me increase SEO on my website and bring my social media marketing together.

I have doing alot of analysis on thsi as of late...
Bottom line:
Linked- In: Professional and it works... A bit dull and boring....
Face book: social, fun a bit professional but more gimmicky Very hot with the 13 -28 year olds...
My space...feels sleazy and just wrong... However, like everything sleazy and wrong it is taking off at a rapid pace with users...You have to sign in with your date of birth so it identifies you with your age. My SHRM group consisting of 55-65 year olds were not liking this too much.
